Homes are manufactured in a controlled environment, set on permanent foundations, and finished on site by our own design, construction, landscape, transportation and installation divisions — a single accountable team from feasibility report to key handover.

About the Builder
Stable, Welcoming Homes for First-Time Owners
Malladi Homes is dedicated to making the American Dream of homeownership accessible to all, especially for low and moderate-income families. By providing affordable, attainable housing options, we aim to create stable, welcoming homes for new homeowners who may find it challenging to enter the housing market.
Our first community, Oasis Meadows, is being delivered in Redding, California at Oasis Rd. and Rialto Pkwy — twenty-two homesites across three releases in Phase 01, with four floor plans and a full menu of interior selections.
